GGuardAI collects only the information needed to provide diagnostic assessments, manage accounts, process payments, and maintain attributable property records.
Information we process
This may include account details, contact information, property descriptions, uploaded photos or invoices, assessment answers, payment references, organization membership, and service activity. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by GGuardAI.
How information is used
We use information to prepare and review assessments, provide reports, prevent fraud, support customers, attribute ledger submissions, improve service reliability, and meet legal obligations. Uploaded evidence may be analyzed by automated systems and reviewed by authorized professionals.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate the platform, authorized members of your organization, and parties required by law. Evidence and account data are retained only as needed for service, security, dispute, and legal purposes. Tamper-evident ledger hashes may remain after source media is removed.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by emailing support@ggaurdai.com. Some records may be retained where required for security, disputes, or legal compliance.
