Terms of Service

1. Service scope

GarageGuard AI provides AI-generated garage door issue analysis and price estimation tools. Outputs are informational estimates, not a professional diagnosis, safety inspection, engineering opinion, installation instruction, or binding quote.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit the information you provide. You are responsible for accurate inputs and for all activity from your device or session.

3. Safety disclaimer

Garage doors and spring systems can be hazardous. Do not rely on this service for emergency or safety-critical decisions. For dangerous conditions, stop use and contact a licensed garage door technician immediately.

4. Payments

Paid features are processed by Stripe. Pricing is shown before checkout. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for approved purchases.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with platform availability. We may restrict or suspend abusive traffic to protect users and infrastructure.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, code, reports, workflows, datasets, and module logic are proprietary to AMP Garage Door Services LLC. No ownership or license is granted except for limited personal use of purchased reports. You may not copy, reverse engineer, repackage, resell, or create derivative commercial products from this service without written authorization.

7. Patent notice

SpringSight patent application is in preparation. No patent-pending claim is made until filing is complete.

8. Warranty disclaimer and liability limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its outputs.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms take effect on posting. Your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

11. SpringSight Forecast limitations

Spring lifecycle forecasts are consumer awareness estimates only. They apply only to currently installed lift springs visible in uploaded photos and user-provided inputs. They are not replacement spring sizing instructions and do not guarantee exact failure dates, especially for older or unknown-age spring sets.

For spring sets older than 1.75 years, if required evidence is incomplete, the service may return a maintenance-required result instead of a reliable lifecycle range.
