Refund Policy

This policy describes refund handling for paid GarageGuard AI reports.

Effective date: March 9, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to one-time purchases of paid digital features, including Full Report and SpringSight Forecast unlocks. It does not cover fees charged by your bank, card issuer, or third-party processors.

2. Eligible refunds

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if:

  • you were charged more than once for the same report, or
  • the paid report failed to unlock because of a verified platform error.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are generally not provided for dissatisfaction with estimate ranges, technician quotes, spring break-window outcomes, or user-side upload/network issues after successful report delivery.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@ggaurdai.com with your purchase email, approximate charge timestamp, and reason. We typically respond within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Before filing a chargeback, contact support so we can resolve the issue directly and avoid account/payment disruptions.
